Parents will initially request a placement through the SEN (Special Educational Needs) Team at Medway Council who will then consult with The Evergreen Centre at Warren Wood Primary Academy. The Evergreen Centre at Warren Wood Primary Academy will then advise the SEN Team at Medway Council as to whether a place can be offered. If a place is agreed then this will be named on the child’s final EHCP. (Education, Health and Care Plan).

TAX FREE
CHILDCARE
Warren Wood Primary School can now accept tax free childcare payments for Nursery fees and/or Breakfast Club.
Please visit the following links for further details regarding this:
Parents will need to set up their own tax-free childcare account and select Warren Wood Primary School as the child care provider. Once you have made payment to your account, you will then be given a unique child reference code. Once you have this code, you will need to email this to our Trust Finance Team on accounts@beyondschools.co.uk.
Please ensure you include the following information in the email:
-
Your child’s school
-
Your child’s full name
-
Your child’s date of birth
-
State if you wish to use this payment towards Nursery fees or Breakfast Club or both.
Please note that as our after school club MFSE is run by an external company, you would have to make arrangements with them directly if you wish to use your tax-free childcare payment towards after school care fees. Once you have emailed our Trust Finance Team, they will then match up the payment to apply this to the fees owing on your ParentPay account.
